What do the six colorways mean?
Each vial colorway is a research category: Firn is cognitive, Névé metabolic, Glacier repair, Sérac growth, Crevasse longevity and Icefall aesthetics. The deeper the blue, the further down the catalogue you are — one glass, six glacier tones.
How is purity verified?
Through an HPLC and mass-spectrometry testing programme. Certificates of analysis are published on the Lab Reports page as reports are returned, and any batch record can be requested by email.
When do orders ship?
Orders placed before 3PM MT on business days are dispatched the same day with tracking. Standard (3–5 business days), express (1–2) and overnight options are shown at checkout.
What is the return policy?
There is a 48-hour claim window from delivery for damaged, defective or incorrect items. The refund policy page has the full conditions.
How should vials be stored on receipt?
Compounds ship as lyophilised powder. Keep vials sealed, cold and away from light until use in the laboratory; per-compound storage notes are on each product page.
